PCB footprints

I'm trying to find a recommended PCB footprint for a TPS73733 (SOT223), it doesn't seem to be in the datasheet or anywhere on TI's website.  Any idea where it might be?  Also, didn't TI provide footprints for various layout packages (PADS for instance), and if they still do where would I find them?

    This is a very common question, so we have addressed many times in the forum.  If a question has been previously asked, the forum's search tool will quickly get you to a forum post that addresses it.  To summarize the existing posts, the back of the datasheet contains the IC's recommended footprint.  If a footprint for a specific cad package exists, it will be located in the IC's tool folder on www.ti.com under "footprints and symbols" or "tools and software" 

    To request IC symbols and footprints (schematics, layout, land pattern) that are not yet provided in the IC's tool folder, you can enter a symbol request in the Development Tools forum.  http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/default.aspx
