Is there any specification or information available for the max amount of leakage current that will run through the PG pin when FET is open (output is high)?

Hello

I will ask the application engineer if we have any additional data.

However, typically, if there is no spec in the data sheet then we would not be testing this in

production. Only some sample data may be available.

The data we have for leakage on PG is about 300nA at room temp and 500nA at 150C.
