From P.15 - Section 3.2.1.3 No load power table 10 and Table 11 of TIDUBE1C. I find that two output power are measured.
One is Pout (W), another is No load power (W).
Would you tell us the details of measurement method and procedure to describe how to get Pout and No load power?

Thanks for the documentation to correctly requires the use of a power analyzer.
To measure not load input power you should use a power analyzer and have the output unloaded.

You can also use the power analyzer to measure input power if you are checking effiency.
When it comes to output power Pout = Vout*Iout. Generally this is done by loading the output with an electronic load and measuring the current with current mirror in series with the load. The output voltage (Vout) is measured with a volt meter to remove IR drop from the cables. This is know as a Kelvin connection/measurement technique.
