The BQ78350-R1A does have an authentication feature. I think this is typically used by the system or the charger to prevent using third party battery packs, but you may be able to use the same feature to prevent using a third-party charger.
This is described in the Device Security section of the Technical Reference Manual.

After some digging,I can use 0x2B HostFETControl SBS CMD to control CHGFET according to reference manual.But there is a problem that CHGFET is on as default,so if cable is unpluged while charging,no way to send close cmd.I did not find CHGFET could be set off as defualt.
You may be able to use the PRES pin for this purpose. It is described in Chapter 6 of the BQ78350-R1A Technical Reference Manual.
