Dear Sir,

We have a Laser of 14 Pin Butterfly Package DFB in CW operation with maximum current of 600mA.

We want to use this Laser in APC Mode.

Can you please suggest us the compatible Laser Driver IC for this operation?

Hi Sruthi,

Could you provide a more detailed requirement for your application? Basically you can check with TPS92200, and please let me know if this can meet your requirement?

Dear Sir,

I have checked the datasheet. It is mainly used for LED driving and I need the IC for driving the Laser in CW Mode as well as with Automatic Power Control Operation.

Kindly suggest.

Hi CH.Sruthi,

I would recommend with TPS92200 which is a buck topology LED driver from 4V to 30V and it can deliver up to 1.5A output current which should meet your requirement.
