TPS659037: Internal power supply information

Part Number: TPS659037

Hi,

My customer requests Internal power supply information.

Which power supply(VCC1 or VRTC or another) does supply for following each block/pin?

Peripheral circuit of OSC16MIN, Peripheral circuit of OSC16MOUT, Internal CR oscillator, Divider for 16MHz crystal, Peripheral circuit of OSC16MCAP, OTP memory and controller circuit

Could you fill in the attached file?

  • Kuramochi-san,

It is not so separate. Generally, most digital items, such as GPIOs, OTP memory, etc are powered by VRTC or VIO. Most analog items are powered by VCC1 and VRTC. Additionally, LDOVRTC is powered by VCC1. However, there are many parts of the digital features that are powered by both VRTC and VCCA and VIO domains. It is too complex of a device to separate these blocks with only 1 power supply input, since there are many blocks within these high-level blocks you mentioned.

Please let me know if we can assist with any concerns you have about VCC1 or VRTC. They should always be present at the same time, so I am unclear on the background for this inquiry.

    Thanks,

    Nastasha
