EV2400: EV2400 + BQProduction

Hello,

I have a customer who has in the bast used BQProduction and an EV2300 to program their gauge. The EV2300 is now out of stock and obsolete.

They have an EV2400 but can't seem to get it to work with the BQProduction software. What needs to be done to get this working or is there another EVxxxx device we should use instead?

Hello Nick,

The help file in bqProduction states that it does not work with the EV2400.

The product page https://www.ti.com/tool/BQPRODUCTION shows that the supported operating systems are 32-bit Windows XP and 7.

It seems like there are no updates for newer operating systems. The last documentation update on that page was in Apr 2016.

I would assume that bqProduction is tied to EV2300 and therefore is unlikely to be updated to work with EV2400.
