Hi,
I am planning to use the IC bq34z100 as the battery gauging IC in the BMS we are developing. We have some clarifications required from our end. Could someone help me with those?
1) Our batteries will be having a max capacity of 200AH with max discharge and charge currents as 200A and 80A respectively. Would the above ICs be suitable for the given specifications?
2) We are planning to use this gauging IC along with the bq7791506 (protection and management IC) . However, if this gauging IC is used along with a protection IC of some company other than TI, will there be any inherent problems or concerns that need to be strictly considered while designing?
