Hi,

I am try to learning cycle for ba27510-g3 with 2800 mAh battery. starting [VOK] bit set and end of charging [FC] bit set but after [VOK] clear not update a Qmax and update status 0 to 1.

I am using learning cycle doc 4812.0246.LearningCycleOverview.pdf

Hello Ankit,

Could you provide the log and .gg file from the gauge during the learning cycle so we can see the setting programmed and the registers during the cycle?

Hello Ankit,

From looking at the logs it doesn't look like the procedure was followed for the learning cycle. Your current during discharge is much higher than C/5, your design capacity is set to 2800mAh and the discharge is over 900mA.

Thanks, I will try initial discharge with C/5 rate and charging with c/2 rate and update you.

Hi Wyatt,

I am try discharge with C/5 rate but I am facing One more problem.

My Steps:

1. Discharge with C/5 rate. with RUP_DIS and QEN bit set. VOK clear.

2. relax 5 hour wait for clear RUP_DIS ,VOK. and QEN bit set

3. after Staring charging C/2 rate and this time VOK bit set. end of charging FC not set.

because of my UNFilteredFCC,TrueSOC suddenly drop to 0 end of charging. Here attached snapshot of bqstdio and logs.
