Hello Kevin,

Thank you for the interest in TI half bridge drivers. It looks like you are looking for a 100V class half bridge driver with lower UVLO, targeting close to 5V operation.

TI does have a recent released device with improved performance over the UCC27200 including lower UVLO voltages. The UCC27282 is a similar function half bridge driver as the UCC27200 with a maximum VDD UVLO of 5.4V. The datasheet for the UCC27282 can be found at the link below.
