Our customers are requesting data on the thermal resistance of the UA78M mounted on a two-layer board (Low-k board).
From the E2E link below, we have confirmed that the thermal resistance data of the UA78M described in the data sheet is the data measured on the High-K board. (We also confirmed that the High-K board is a 4-layer board.)

If there is data on the thermal resistance of the UA78M mounted on a 2-layer board (Low-k board), please tell me.
(In the case of a two-layer board, I think that the value of thermal resistance RθJA will be large in all packages, but I would like to confirm to what extent it changes.)
