TPS2547: Are the Data+ and Data- lines passed straight through the device if it is in SDP mode?

Part Number: TPS2547
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2541

I'm designing a 4-port USB hub that supports BC v1.2 battery charging modes. Each downstream port will have a TPS2547 to control port power.  Because the hub controller I'm using will handle any battery charging handshake required, the downstream port's TPS2547 does not need to supply the battery charging handshake signals.

If the TPS2547 is in the SDP1 mode :

CTL1 = 1

CTL2 = 1

CTL3 = 0

ILIM_SEL = 1 or 0

Are the D+ and D- signal lines passed straight through the TPS2547 while in this mode?
