Can you provide the reference design for separating the DSG and CHG power path?

Most of vacuum cleaner customers wants to separate the power path.

Please kindly provide the recommendations for us.

Hi Statham,

I do not know of a reference design with separate charge and discharge paths for the BQ40Z80, but there are a couple of app notes for different devices. As you mentioned, the SLUA952 app note may be helpful. There is also this other app note for the BQ76200 that may be helpful as well:
