Hello E2E team,
Referring to section 6.1, footnote 4 specs of the device datasheet, "When the (ADJ – IN) voltage is higher than 18 V, the (ADJ – OUT) voltage should be maintained lower than 18 V, otherwise the device can be damaged". In my application, Vin is 32V and Vadj will be min 2.69V and max 3.00V. With this operating conditions, is there any issues? What does this specs mean to a designer? In my application, Vi will be always greater than Vadj, so do you see any issue here? Also, VIN > VADJ + VDROPOUT will be respected throughout the operating conditions.
