Hi,

I'm having a hard time to find the sample-code for the BQ79600 UART.
I connected the BQ79600EVM to the TMS570 LaunchPad, placed R7 and R9 0-Ω resistors, and remove R8 and R10 resistors.
I've read all I could find about the BQ79606, BQ79616 which are the parts I need to read out.
But I cannot find the "BQ79600-Q1UARTExampleCode1.0Installer.exe"
The Documentation just says: "Launch the provided file" :-/

Could you please tell me where to find it, or what steps are required to gain access?

    Hi Collin, 

    The code has not been released to ti.com. The sample code is currently on MySecure. Do you have access to MySecure software?

    I guess I have access, there is an option on "myTI" next to "Order-History" but it's empty right now.
    I also have a case number for this, but I never received any mails or other type of response (CS0262207) I could reply to.

    But I did get the Email that you replied to my request, I'm also following you and Tyler on these topics.
    So TI-Mails don't end up in junk-folders, but Incident-Mails didn't reach me.
    Really sorry to use the forum for this, but I just don't know where to go from here.
