I'm disty staff for support of customer quality questions.

The following questions were received during product adoption in our customer
for the following products,

1. TPS3831K33DQNR
2. TLV73318PDQNR
3. TLV73325PDQNT
4. TPS7A0508PDQNR
5. TS3USB3031RMGR
6. LM27761DSGR

1. Do these products use Barrier Metal?
2. Do these products have HCI (Hot Carrier Injection) countermeasures?

Hi Junichi,

As far as I know, we do not carry out HCI testing for our parts. We should have barrier metal in our device (TPS3831) but I cannot say for sure. I will have to inquire with the reliability team.

Thanks for your response for my questions.

I see no test for HCI,,

so how about design solution for action to HCI?

And I hopefully all parts have Barrier Metal,

are there any updates?

Hi Junichi,

HCI has never been a concern for our parts in the past, thus we do not carry out this testing. For barrier metal, I've sent the inquiry to our reliability team.

This part does have barrier metal (TPS3831). For the other parts, our product line is not responsible and you will have to inquire about those specifically in those forums.
