Good day.

Our customer is looking for the ESD-CDM (Charge Device Model) and thermal resistances θJC and ΨJt for LM5050MKX-2/NOPB. Are these available?

For the thermal resistances, can he use the thermal info of LM5050-1 instead?

Hi Art,

Thermal parameters for LM5050-2 are same as LM5050-1 and thermal info of LM5050-1 can be used for LM5050-2.

ESD-CDM data is not published in datasheet, let me check on this and get back to you end of this week.
