WEBENCH® Tools/LM5164: Wide range power supply design

Hi,

I am muralikrishna from Innolia Energy. I am using LM5164 IC in my design but i am facing some issues with this. Below changes made in the circuit and below are the observations.

1) Placed 68uH/1.3A inductor By using this IC has burn out.

2) Placed 68uH/2A inductor, i was getting 12V output but there is lot of noise and gradually the out has been decreased.

3) Placed 47uH/2.35A, now i am getting 4V output but there is lot of noise.

Hi Iven,

Thanks for your reply. Initially we are working on dot pcb, Once this is proved then we are planning to go for layout.

Could you please mark all components designators? It looks there is no Ron and Cout in your board. Thanks.
