CCS/BQ25125: Load Switch and LDO Control Register B2-B6 can't Set!

Hi,

     I set reg 0x7 0xFC  b2-b7 all one, but read 0x7 get value is 0xA8. I can't know why?  LS/LDO pin voltage can't change. LSCTRL pin has input high level.

     but set reg 0x6 0xFE, read 0x8 value is 0xFE, SYS pin volatge is change correct.

     This is sch for bq25125.
