Hi Ed,
Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. All of our PSpice models are now unencrypted. You can find detailed instructions on how to create a TINA macro at the link below. It's a pretty straight forward process. Under the Tools menu, select New Macro Wizard and follow the instructions. The symbol I use is called NMOSE. The pins are arranged as follows: 1=D 2=G 3=S. I checked and I had already created a macro. It is in the attached zip file.
