TL431-Q1: what is the total transistor number in our chip?

Part Number: TL431-Q1

Dear team,

My customer needs to compute FIT of TL431-Q1(A version), so they need to know the total transistor numbers of TL431-Q1. There is the detailed schematic as below, there are 11 transistors in the schematic. So TL431-Q1 has 11 transistors or more? If more, could you please tell me the number?

Hi Sherry,

We do not give out transistor information. In order to help our customers we have calculated the FIT rate and FMD as per reliability data handbook IEC TR 62380 and ISO 26262 Part 11. This should be sufficient for the customer to work with.
