We are using TPS53681+CSD95490 6-phase to make 0.85V@120A (input 12V).
In TPS53681 datasheet :"Contact your local TI representative to get a copy of the schematic and PCB layout guide.".
Do you have this kind of documentation avalable (layout guide is the most important document).
