Hi team,

below is customer schematic, could you help review and give some comments

Input:24V; Output 5.2V/1Amax,usually 200mA~300mA

customer would like reduce the fsw to pass the EMI test, they change RT to 820kohm, the fsw is about120kHz. and the inductor is 47uH. they have concern about this application. could you help review it and give comments?

    Hi Betty:

    can customer add a input choke for better EMI immunity ?

    is 5.2V need very good load regulation? move feedback resistor will be better for loop stability

    customer waveform is normal, in light load condition, it will go to DCM mode, when there is no current go through diode. output inductor will resonant with parasitic capacitor of diode and mosfet.
