TPS63051: About Pre bias start up

Current restart time is early because it only controls EN.
And RC will be adjusted depending on the time required for discharging.

Does TPS63051 support pre-bias start up?
And Please tell me the maximum RC delay time that ENpin can tolerate.

Vin₌2.7~4.2V Vout=3.3V
I do not have information on Iout and Cout.
Regardless of the above usage conditions, if the pre-bias start-up is not supported, the customer is considering a discharge method.

Is it a situation that cannot be confirmed without actual board testing?

TPS63051 can support pre-bias startup. It's clear. 

The purpose I need to do bench test is to check if there is any risk caused by quick En toggle. Fortunately, everything works well even I use 20kHz square at EN pin

I report to customers that TPS63051 supports pre-bias.

Please tell me the precautions when delaying the EN terminal just in case.
The indefinite region of the EN pin is "0.3V to 1.2V".
How long should it exceed "0.3V to 1.2V" when delaying with an RC circuit?
