Hi team,

Could you help address below questions?

1. In case the system starts to operate while charging, how the charge current behave?

Does the input current increases to the sum of battery charge current and system load current?

2.  If I want system to stop charging when system is operating, which signal should be monitored by host processor?

Do you recommend to use STAT or PG?

    Hi Itoh,

    1. In case the system starts to operate while charging, how the charge current behave?

    System and battery will share current from battery charger. Current out of battery charger is regulated to value customer sets. This is a non-power path device.

    2.  If I want system to stop charging when system is operating, which signal should be monitored by host processor?

    Customer should use the /CE pin to disable when desired. PG / STAT would not indicate whether system is operating.
