We are using BQ40z50-R1 in our design.
In this we need to calculate the oja (Junction to ambient) temperature.In the datasheet it is specified as 58°C/W for device mounted on a 1-in2 (6.45-cm2 ),
But in our design it is less than 1-in2,which will be around 0.31 inch square.
For this how we can calculate the exact (Junction to ambient temperature) for 0.31 inch square.
Kindly do the needful.
