what is the minimum size solution for 48V to 5V isolated power?

Customer is looking for a minimum size solution for 48V to 5V (0.1A) isolated power supply. Could you please help check it? Thank you.

Would suggest flybuck with LMR36503/6.

Customer said the power size should be limited with 10mm*6mm*7.5mm. Do you think it is possible with flybuck using LMR36503?

Hello Aki.

Transformer would be needed. I doubt with transformer that that size can be achieve, but I would need to know what transformer customer wants to use.

Perhaps customer can locate tranformer on otherside of board. While not recommended, if solution requires it, it can be done.
