BQ27542-G1: gg file issue

Hi Sir,

the customer have a problem with gas gauge ic,

Read the gg file from the gas gauge (BQ27542) in the battery. The content is as attached. The first two files are the gg file read from the battery in fail.
The last one is the gg file read by the new battery. we found the color marked places in the gg file Lifetime Max Temp, Lifetime Min Temp, Lifetime Max Pack Voltage
Is there any error in the Lifetime Min Pack Voltage value? Please kindly help to check. It is different from the new battery content. What is the possible reason for this issue?

    Hi Tommy,

    It looks like the Lifetime data has never been written for the two failing batteries. The LT Flash Cnt parameter is showing as '0'. These are the values that were written to the data flash in production.
