BQ40Z50-R2: why is [VCT] bit not setting to 1 after full charging

Hello TI,

I have a bq40Z50 EVM. Currently doing a learning cycle. After RELAX bit is set to 1 after completely discharged. I started to full charge my cell (I have only one cell connection), after the current has been 0  and charging stopped my [VCT] bit is still green and [REST] bit is set to 1 

Problem is that according to the correct process my [VCT] bit should become 1 and the Update Status should become 5. I cannot achieve both of these results.

Why is my Update Status and [VCT] bit are not according to the correct process?
