Dear teams,
This is the start-up waveform when the output voltage is set to 1V.
There is a discontinuous step, do you know what is the cause?

Hi Sota-san,
Can you provide below data?
1. Same waveform you attached but with Inductor current and load waveforms (EN waveform can be removed).
2. schematic diagram and layout
Best regards,

Hi Sota-san,
Thanks for the quick update.
Can you try to reduce the Cff (C201) to 120pF and if the small Vout step is removed? How critical is this Vout step in your system? Will is cause fault or instability in your end system?
Best regards,
Excel
Hi Sota-san,
Thanks for the additional info.
I will get back to you soon if there is a possibility to eliminate or reduce the output voltage step at start-up.
Keep you posted.
Best regards,
Excel
Hi Sota-san,
The voltage step on the output as it approaches the regulation level is inherent to the device, and there is no way to avoid it.
Let me know if you have further questions.
