Hello everyone
I am Ryder, HW engineer in Vietnam
I am using BQ25600 as a battery charger and power path controller in my device
The system seems good but in some days, my customers have reported about "cannot turn on the device when they did not use the device for a long time"
Pls check the picture below
the blue trace is VSYS comes from the SYS pin of BQ25600D
the yellow trace is 1V8 power rail comes from an LDO which has VSYS as a power in pin
As you can see, when BQ25600D do the charging ( I think charging in pre-charge mode, cause the VBAT is <2.5V), VSYS is not stable and It causes a problem in my system
Our main MCU cannot turn on, so all system cannot start working.
Can you help me to figure is there any bug in my design, and can I disable the pre-charge mode to maintain a good VSYS
