Hi team,

Could you give me your advice about Via for the thermal pad?
P.40 and p.49 have different numbers of vias.
Which one should I refer to?

    Hi Kengo, 

    Please refer to P.49 for the actual package characteristics, the one showed in p.40 is a generic example for on the PCB footprint and it's a good practice to have vias on the PCB to help with the heat dissipation. The vias on the PCB as showed in p.40 does not need to match the exact location of the ones with the package.
