can LM5575 and LM5576 devices be synchronized via their pin SYNC ?

Yes, it can, below is Sync pin description

The internal oscillator can be synchronized to an external clock with an external pull-down device. Multiple LM5576 devices can be synchronized together by connection of their SYNC pins.

so I suppose that an lm5575 device can synchronize an lm5576 and vice versa. It's true?

Yes, you can use external clock to connect syn pin of LM5575 and LM5576 . let them working at same fsw.
