    Hello Roy,

    Design is using a tremendously large inductor.

    With big inductor comes big EMI problems.

    I would confirm that common mode choke has high impedance in that frequency range.

    Additionally, you are lacking input capacitor close to the IC pin (pin 2) of the device.

    A small value, say 220nF, should be placed close to IC pin. ground connection should have low impedance between PGND.
