Our customer is trying to change threshold of Overtemperature Discharge (OTD) for BQ40Z50 by Battery Management Studio,
But they cannot do it , Is there any good manual or training video to understand such a setting easily ?
In addition
Their tool environment for bqStudio is Winsows7 PC + EV2300 connecting to the battery with BQ40Z50.
Though they started bqStudio under it, they can only see register address.. their data value are not displayed inbqStudio, ..
Should they change to Unsealed mode in order to check register values in BQ40Z50 ?
