BQ24040: remove Vin from charger

Why does the Vin of BQ24040 keep at 3.6V for 30ms when I remove Vin?

The yellow line is Vin (USB port Vbus). The blue line is Vout (Battery)

The voltage level in this deglitch time (29ms) is depend on the Battery voltage, is it correct?

The 29 ms is the typical value for this parameter, some variation is expected.
