I want to disable ic function, power save mode.

How would I set this pin? connect to GND directly ?

Hi Gsun:

The power save mode is disabled when PS/SYNC is set low. The device then operates in forced fixed frequency PWM mode independent of the output current.

To set low, yes you can connect to GND directly.
