WEBENCH® Tools/LMS3635-Q1: LMS3635 supports 1V output, but Webench only supports 3.3V and above output - why?

Part Number: LMS3635-Q1

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I am trying to use Webench to estimate efficiency for two designs, one with a 1.4V output and one with a 2.2V output.  The device should support it, but the Webench tool will not allow an output voltage below 3.3V to be simulated.  Why?

Note the product page shows a VOUT min of 1V: https://www.ti.com/product/LMS3635-Q1?keyMatch=LMS3635&tisearch=Search-EN-everything.
