LM3478: Ripple at output DCDC line in no load condition

Part Number: LM3478

Hi,

 I have seen this comment from another discussion,

Pulse skipping cannot be disabled for these boost controllers that employ diode rectifier. It occurs because the required duty cycle at light load is smaller than the min ON time of the controller.  To avoid entering the pulse skipping mode, you can add a dummy load as Garrett mentioned. The required load should satisfy the following:

Pdummy >= 1/2 x Fsw x (Vin_max x T_on_min )^2 / Lm

Where Fsw is your switching frequency

Vin_max is your max input voltage

T_on is the controller's min ON time. Use the max limit value

Lm is your sepic primary inductance.

The above equation is given for LM3478 in SEPIC configuration, can we use the same equation when LM3478 is designed as Boost converter? (What will be the value of Lm in boost configuration if we use the same equation?)
