Hi 

I am designing a 20V to 180V, 1.5KW BLDC motor amplifier

Is isolated gate driver UCC21520 a good choice for such application

How to choose proper MOSFETS.

How to sense motor coil currents when high motor voltage side is isolated from digital ground. 

Is there a isolated current sense amplifier that can work with two grounds

    Thank you for your question and welcome to E2E. I’ve linked a reference design for an AC motor (link) that utilizes the UCC23513 isolated gate driver. Although this is for an AC motor, many considerations for FET selection and current sensing may still apply.
