Hi, I'm luke.

I'm preparing the development of BMS. But I got a error like below figure.

I'm trying to find a solution with reading datasheet but I haven't found the cause of the problem yet.

I would update your bqStudio to the TEST version, it may help fix some issues like this. If you are still encountering the issue we can give further advice.

Hi, I'm Jinwook.

As you told me, I changed the program and installed it.

However, the program was running, but we found that the disconnection was after a few seconds.

Do you know what happens when there is a problem?

Which part of the hardware should I check?

Hello Jinwook,

Make sure you are using the SMBus port on the EV2400 with the BQ40Z80 and you have the most up to date firmware for the EV2400. You can follow the EVM users guide for a lot of the procedure and connections needed.
