TPS25221DBVEVM-018: Looking for lower Iq

The TPS25221DBV has a typical Iq of about 75uA. I recently evaluated this part to use as a power switch and was quite satisfied with every characteristic except for the quiescent current. I would prefer to find another part that has much lower Iq (<20uA) but is otherwise identical. I have tried searching for such a part but have had no luck so far; I can find some very low Iq load switches but they do not have current limiting and all the e-fuses I could find also have too high an Iq. I will keep searching but if someone has any idea, I'd love to hear it.

For P2P part with TPS25221, it's TPS2553/2. But their Iq is bigger than TPS25221.

For others, I can't find the part which meet your requirements.

Can you kindly tell me why you reject the answer?

It indeed doesn't have the related part which can meet your requirement.

I am not sure whether p2p is your necessary requirement.

Or need adjustable current limit. If so, don't have the part.
