TPS53626:transient fail

Part Number: TPS53626

Dear Sir

TPS53626 we use in intel Denverton
PVCCP specifications are as follows

Voltage Range=0.52~1.24V

Icc,tdc=18A

Icc,max=30A

OCP=50A

TOBvcc=+-25mV

LL=2.3mΩ

SVID ADDR=0x00H

We use 2 phase

Inductance specifications are as follows
DCR=0.47m ohm +-7%
IRMS=40A
ISAT=47A

Transient Validation Results fail

Figure.1   1A~9A      9A/us LOAD Transient

We have a trial adjustment

1.RAMP Voltage

2.COMP

3.Csense

But at most adjusted to the result of Figure 2

Figure 2   1A~9A      9A/us LOAD Transient

The test result is closely related to the valley value of the inductor current
As long as the inductor current valley is greater than 0A or above, the droop will be much better

of Figure 3

Figure 3   6A~14A      9A/us LOAD Transient

Is the TPS53626 light load to heavy load characteristic like this?
Where else can I adjust?
