What is the switching frequency range of the TPS62130A?

I would like to check if there is no problem with the current circuit, which is up to 2.81 MHz.

You can check page 21 fig.25 of datasheet for 12V to 5V nominal frequency range. You can run the device with 1.25MHz frequency setting as well as 2.5MHz by using the appropriate logic level on FSW pin. Is there a specific need in terms of frequency range that you are trying to achieve for your application? If you want a fixed frequency throughout, you can consider the TPS62135 in forced PWM mode.

In "Figure 24. Switching Frequency vs Input Voltage", Vin = 12 V, Vout = 5 V, Iout = 3A, FSW = Low, what is the frequency?

I was luckily able to locate the data for 12V, 5V, 3A FSW=LOW setting. It is 2.795190MHz.
