Dears

We have make the BQ34Z100-G1 in LED mode 0, and the Alert pin will be PIN1, and based table 22 to set the Alert Configuration Register Bit Definitions.

After enable the BATLOW alert function, and with a low voltage battery, the alert have 1s low and 7s high, not a continue low.

So need your help if this is right for the alert function? we think in a alert condition, the Alert must continue low?

Hello Jason,

Can you send the .gg file of the gauges configuration? Is the pin pulsing with 1s low and 7s high when the alert should be triggered? The ALERT pin should be driven low while the condition is active.

Hello Jason,

It looks like your configuration is correct (alert config 0x1000) could you share a log of the test so we can see the registers? If the correct voltage range is selected (cell BL) the alert pin should be held low.
