Hi
Can you help confirm that the product is oxidized and can't be used through our test report?
Can we contact TI after-sales service to apply for return? Thanks.0317.Solderability Test report-LM4041DIM3 1.2Nopb.pdf
Please see this FAQ for details. It might be possible that the pins are not oxidized and it could just be the lead frame. If you feel it is still oxidation then go through the customer support at TI to see what the options are. It might be possible to return the devices or send devices in for us to check but you will need to go through them for this.
