BQ76952: BQ76952 MCU sample code

Hi Dileep,

I am attaching MCU sample code for this device. The register address settings used in the sample code may need to be modified since you are using pre-production samples. The final version of the device will fully release next week, so I suggest you swap to the final version once it becomes available.
