In TI's power management guide, I saw the word, "Sequencing Diode", could you explain this word to me? what does it mean?

Ah, ok. That block just means that there are multiple diodes there (on a given EN pin) for very simple sequencing. i.e. the input EN signal would be tied to a diode's cathode and the reset signal of the TPS3803 would be tied to the cathode of another diode. Both anodes would be tied to the EN pin. Thus, the IC would not start until both the input EN signal and reset signal went high.
