Hi team,
A VIP customer need land pattern drawing for BQ8055DBTR.
Pakcage is DBT (TSSOP, 30pin),
I can only find outline drawing in datasheet,
the device body size is L 7.7~7.9 , W 4.3~4.5, H max 1.2.
Moreover, I can find DBT0030A drawing in TI website,
the device size is L 7.75~7.85, W 4.3~4.5, H Max 1.2.
I provided this drawing to customer for reference, but she is worried about the difference on the size.
Can customer use this land pattern drawing?
if it's possible, can you explain the reason on the dimension change?
