TPS53659: can't store Iout OC warm/fault limit store RAM to NVM with Fusion

Hi team,

In VR13 board, I found I can't store Iout OC warm/fault value to NVM by Fusion. It happens on TPS53659/TPS53679/TPS53622 on the same board. You can see I can change the value to 87A by write to hardware, but after I store to NVM, it go back to 85A. Other value such as Vin UV Fault doesn't have this symptom, and I can confirm the value by restore NVM config.
